New Nonprofit Must-Haves: $550
This package will make sure you have the paperwork, systems, tools, and resources in place to:
Maintain your good standing at both the state and federal level
Be taken seriously by other nonprofits, partners, donors, and funders
Receive, process, and properly acknowledge donations
Track revenue and expenses efficiently
Communicate with the community at-large, as well as with your specific stakeholders
Deliverables include:
Organizational website
Organizational email addresses
Google Workspace and Google Drive for those with organizational emails
Social media page set up (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) and a set of 10 starter posts
CAN-SPAM Compliant email newsletter platform - make sure you’re not breaking the law when sending out mass emails!

Grant-Readiness Assessment and Action: $1,500
This package is for more established nonprofits who are new to grant funding and want to boost their chances at being awarded grant funds. This package does not include research grant opportunities or writing grant proposals.
We will do a deep dive on both the practical and theoretical aspects to your organization’s grant-readiness, including:
Review of mission, vision, and values
Evaluate the extent to which the community need(s) are sufficiently documented
Evaluate whether your strategies for addressing the need(s) are based in evidence-based practices and the extent to which you are innovating within this framework
Review existing policies & procedures, particularly those related to tracking progress on grant objectives and expenditures
Assess Board composition and governance practices (e.g., having conflict of interest policies)
And more! After all of this assessment, you’ll walk away with a custom roadmap with specific action items you can take over the coming months to prepare for grant funding.
And all packages include a 60-minute bi-weekly zoom call with Jessica.
Note: Organizations should be in operation for at least one year with an established presence in the community to receive the most benefit out of this package.
Program-In-A-Box: $1,950
You’ve got a great idea and know you need to take the time to plan the details? Let’s make your rainy-day-project ideas come alive!
You’ll describe your back-of-the-napkin notes on the program’s key elements, such as:
Your vision for the program
The needs or issues that being addressed
Monitoring and evaluation participation
Key audiences and activities
Your anticipated timeline and budget
Key players (program leaders, partners, etc.)
I’ll prepare a complete program guide, including:
Timelines with Action Items assigned to specific program leaders
Detailed budget that aligns with your chart of accounts
A brief report on the program background (vision, needs, theory of change, etc.)
A visually-appealing 2-page digital flyer about the program to share with prospective partners, funders, etc.
